Women’s 36 Hole Stroke Play Championship

 

1.      Monday, December 3rd, 7:30 a.m. Double Tee (1st and 10th tee), Check-in one (1)  hour prior to your start time. Tuesday, December 4th, 8 a.m. Shotgun,. 6:30 a.m. check-in.                               Call  the Pro Shop or check the HSWGA website for starting times, November 26 – Dec 2.

2.      2007 USGA Rules of Golf  and the Local Rules of Hawaii Kai Golf Course shall apply.

  1. Cellular phones and pagers will not be allowed on the golf course.
  2. Carts are mandatory, there will be no walking or caddies allowed.
  3. No rangefinders or GPS yardage measuring devices will be allowed.
  4. Tournament committee reserves the right to adjust flight assignments and handicaps.
  5. THERE WILL BE NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED ON THE GOLF COURSE.

 

Entry Fee:      $120 includes 2 days of golf including cart, tee gift package and awards banquet.

Format:           Women’s 36 Hole Stroke Play Championship

Eligibility:       Amateur women 16 years or older with an established GHIN handicap index of 32.6 or less as of Nov. 1, 2007.  Please submit a copy of your GHIN card w/application

Practice:          Practice rounds are from November 26 – 30, 2007 after 12 p.m. only.  Cost is $27.

Please call the Pro Shop (395-2358 ext. 2) for a tee time. Driving range will open at 6 a.m. and the range balls are free to all participants prior to their starting times on the tournament days.

Entry Date:    Mail no sooner than November 5, no telephone entries.  No refunds after November 23.  Entries not accepted will be notified.

Flights:           Championship, A, B, C, D Flights are to be determined by the number of entries.

Awards:           $5000 in merchandise awards & lucky number drawings. Prizes to include rounds of golf and dining certificates. Awards will be given for gross and net scores for the first three (3) places in A, B, C and D flights.  The Championship flight will be given awards for the top six (6) gross scores. Tournament Champion will be the lowest 36-hole stroke play score. Awards banquet to follow the completion of the Tournament on Tuesday, December 4th.  Limited guest banquet tickets available for $25.

 

There will be a complimentary pastries and coffee for all participants from 6 a.m. on

December 3rd and 4th.

 

The restaurant will be open from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.  to serve the breakfast or lunch menu.
