OLOMANA WOMEN’S GOLF ASSOCIATION
32^nd  Annual Pua Melia Invitational Golf Tournament

  DATE:                 July 17 & 18, 2008 (Thursday & Friday).  7:30 SHOTGUN.  Check in by 6:30a.m.

ELIGIBILITY:         Amateur women 18 years or older with an established USGA GHIN handicap index
                            of 32.2 as of June 1, 2008 .

ENTRY FEE:        $150.00 - includes green and cart fees for two days of play, prizes, awards and Friday                             luncheon.   Complimentary breakfast on Thursday, July 17.  Free range balls on
                            Thursday and Friday.  Carts are mandatory and no caddies or spectators will be
                            allowed.  Non-GHIN applicants will be assessed an additional $10.00 fee.

DEADLINE:          Field is limited to 120 players.  Entry deadline is June 20, 2008.  No refunds after
                            July 7, 2008.  All entries subject to the approval of the Tournament Committee.  Only
                            players not accepted will be notified.

PRACTICE ROUND: Practice Round is $28 per person (shared cart).  Call Pro Shop @259-7926 for tee time                             Tuesday July 15, or Wednesday, July 16.                                                                                                                      
FLIGHTS:             There will be six flights, Championship to “E” flights.   Breakdown determined by number
                             of entries.  Committee retains the right to adjust flight assignments and handicaps.

AWARDS:            . OVERALL - Low Gross & Low Net.
                            .  LOW Gross & LOW Net in each flight (# of places determined by # of entries).

TIES:                     OVERALL LOW GROSS and OVERALL LOW NET - Sudden death playoff.  All other
                             ties will be determined by matching cards as prescribed by USGA rules.

NOT ALLOWED:   Cell phones - Pagers - Range Finders
