58th Jennie K. Wilson invitational golf tournament 
May 16-18, 2008 
Course: Mid-Pacific Country Club - Lanikai, Kailua, Hawai‘i 

Tournament: 54 hole low gross medal play. The tournament will be governed by the 2008 USGA Rules and Local Rules of MPCC shall apply. The tournament champion shall be the player with the lowest 54 hole gross score. Ties for 1st place in each flight will 
be decided by a sudden death playoff starting at #1 tee: all other ties will be decided by matching of cards according to the USGA format.

1. The Jennie K . Wilson 2008 Tournament Committee has set a field of 120 amateur women golfers 16 years or older with a handicap index of 21.0 or less, effective May 1st. All entries are subject to approval of the tournament committee. 

2. Electric carts will be provided during tournament play. Two carts per foursome only. We ask that guests and relatives not ride in the carts. 

3. Tee times for Friday and Saturday rounds will be posted after 12 noon Friday, May 9th. 
Championship flight tee times for Saturday will be posted by 5:00 pm May 17th. Tee times all three days will be between 7:00—9:00am. 

4. Players must check in at the registration desk 20 minutes prior to tee time. 

5. The committee has the right to change a player’s flight upon entry or after 36 holes of play. 

6. Cellular phones and pagers will not be allowed on the course. 

7. Metallic spikes will not be allowed on the course. No club storage at MPCC. 

8. We will let all applicants know if they are not in the tournament by May 1st via telephone or email. 

9. No caddies except for championship flight. Parents cannot be caddies. All caddies must walk. 
10. USGA rangefinders will be allowed. Flights: There will be 6 flights from Championship to “E” flight. Flight breakdown is subject to the discretion of the Tournament 
Committee. All entrants must submit a GHIN (or other handicap system) handicap card, copy of card, or GHIN number with entry form. 

Awards: Overall Low Gross Champion: Hawaiian bracelet
Hawaiian Coat of Arms medals for low gross winners by flight (up to four places per flight)

Entry Fee: $190 Add $10 fee for non-GHIN handicap applicants 
Fee includes: cart & green fees for three days of tournament; one practice round (green fees only); PUPU PARTY on Friday, 
May 16, 2008, at 12:30; AWARDS BANQUET on Sunday, May 18, 2008, at 2:30. 

Entry Date: Mail no sooner than March 24th. No telephone entries. No refunds after May 10th. 

Practice: Free practice round Monday, May 12, 2007 (Cart fee $15). Only off-island players will be able to practice on another day. Call 
golf shop for starting time one week prior (261-9765 ext. 1). 

Note: Friday, May 16th Opening Day Ceremonies at 6:45 am. 

Facilities: 
1. Continental Breakfast will be served Friday, May 16th at 6:30 am. 
2. Saturday and Sunday Clubhouse Restaurant open at 6:00 am.
